Application
ELIGIBILITY PROCESS
All participants must be fluent in English, as the program will be presented only in English. Participants whose first language is not English must provide a language proficiency certificate and will be interviewed by a member of the Selection Committee.
Participants do not need to have an educational background in bioethics, but they should be able to demonstrate an interest in the issues described in the program. The following are encouraged to apply:
- High School Seniors
- University Students
- Professionals/MDs
APPLICATION PROCESS
Your application must include:
- A resumé
- A brief statement of interest outlining why you are interested in attending the summer school
- A letter of recommendation from a professor, teacher, or an advisor
- Most recent transcript
- Optional: a published paper or an article
- A language proficiency certificate
We encourage participants to also seek financial assistance from their home educational institutions to cover registration fees.
PARTIAL SCHOLARSHIPS
Participants who are applying for a partial scholarship must include a 300-500 word statement describing how they will benefit from it. Partial Scholarship winners will be notified several days after applying. Deadline: April 1, 2021

REGISTRATION
Register for the program only if your application has been accepted.

Once applicants are accepted, they must pay the entire registration fee in order to attend the program. If an applicant cannot attend the program due to unforeseen circumstances, registration fees will be refunded except for $100, which is required for registration.
APPLICATION PROCESSING FEE
There is a non-refundable fee of $25 for the application process. Please submit the fee along with the rest of your application materials.
FINANCIAL AID
Participants are advised to check with their home institutions for information about securing financial assistance or scholarships from their school or outside sources.
