Nursing, Ethics, and Day to Day Care Issues
During this lecture, students will explore ethical considerations and issues that arise daily for nurses providing direct patient care. Students will be presented with case studies and the opportunity to discuss the ethical and just allocation of resources such as nursing time as well as shared decision-making. Scope of practice and perceptions of what is sensitive information will also be addressed.
